Enhancing GoMart's visit-to-book conversion rate
GoMart, an Indonesian on-demand grocery delivery service, experienced significant drop-offs, with 41% users visiting the homepage and leaving without interacting inside the app. Following a redesign, we successfully increased the visit-to-book conversion from x% to over xx% since July 2021.

Improving the reorder rate for QCommerce - EU & APAC
QCommerce - Foodpanda operates in Asia Pacific and Europe. Despite low QCommerce reorder flow usage, we recognized users' tendency to reorder the same items. Accordingly, we designed a solution to boost reorder rates, increase average basket value, and improve conversion rates.
B2B e-Procurement marketplace for Tokopedia
We digitized the traditional procurement process, creating a B2B e-Procurement platform from scratch, opening a new revenue segment for Tokopedia. Additionally, we enhanced procurement team efficiency across the entire process, from discovery to negotiating, purchasing, and billing.
