GoMart, an Indonesian on-demand grocery delivery service, experienced a significant drop-off rate in the Home page to merchant page funnel, especially among early and untouched user segments. Following redesign, we successfully increased the visit-to-book conversion from 7% to over 20% since July 2021.
QCommerce - Foodpanda operates in Asia Pacific and Europe. Despite low QCommerce reorder flow usage, we recognized users' tendency to reorder the same items. Accordingly, we designed a solution to boost reorder rates, increase average basket value, and improve conversion rates.
To minimize user drop-offs (caused by unavailable searched restaurants) and enhance the discoverability of GoFood merchants, I crafted a new Query Understanding experience for unavailable merchants. This initiative led to a notable 2.3% increase in the overall conversion of users entering the search & discovery channel.
Revamped voucher flow for Flink, a leading instant grocery delivery app in Europe, aiming for a scalable and user-friendly voucher service. Objectives include reducing abandoned carts and delivering mutual benefits for customers and the business.

We built a B2B e-Procurement platform from scratch to digitize the traditional procurement process, opening a new revenue segment for Tokopedia. Additionally, we enhanced procurement team efficiency across the entire process, from discovery to negotiating, purchasing, RFQ, and billing.
Transitioning from SKU to merchant-centric, 500+ shoppers in Indonesia were onboarded to facilitate customer fulfillment. I developed a comprehensive platform for these shoppers, enabling order picking and communication with Drivers, Customers, and Cashiers from scratch. The Merchant app is actively utilized by over 5000 of our partnered stores.


Developed an inventory sync dashboard empowering non-EIM integrated merchants to autonomously update their inventory. This initiative has consistently upheld a fulfillment rate exceeding 95% since 2020, positively influencing overall customer satisfaction, as reflected in the BCR.
Designing a construction management app for AMODA from scratch, an app that democratizes the construction process and enables everyone to achieve fast, transparent & high-quality construction assets.
